Additional Responsibilities

1. Obtains customer order and assures that adequate packing supplies are in packing machine hopper or available at machine.

2. Starts machine and carefully observes initial operation. If satisfactory, upgrades machine speed to full cycle.

3. Removes jams when machine shuts down because of malfunction, incorrect packing materials, etc.

4. Records production for customer order.

Qualifications

• At least one year machine operator experience in company or elsewhere.
• Color Vision acuity to detect various customer color codes.
